Attached please find a proposed revision to the Old Town project. The main revision is the addition of a 92
space parking lot on the northwest corner of the site. This addition includes electrical, landscape, paving,
drainage, and irrigation changes. The irrigation sheets are not included, but will follow early next week.
Please provide pricing to include this work as a change order to our contract. Our desire is to use existing pay
items where applicable. We are available to meet to discuss the scope of this additional work at your
convenience. This change will require City Council approval prior to beginning work.

Attached are the signed/sealed revised Old Town Parking sheets (without the parking irrigation). I’ll send you
updated irrigation plans by early next week.
