3. Commercial Lot: Label on curb — WI and WD; expose all fittings
4. Replace meter boxes: lots 2, 15, and 17
5. Mark S to East of Lot 27 on curb @ blue paint
6. Blackburn Dr Lots: 1 — top of stack; 2, 26, & 28 — mud at bottom; 25 — dig up @ repair
7. Devon Lots: 3, 4, 5, & 6 — top of stack; 4 & 7 — mud at bottom; 1, 2, & 13 — dig up at repair
8. Washington Dr Lots: 24 — top of stack
9. Washington Ct Lots: 16 & 21 — top of stack; 17 — mud at bottom; 20 — straighten stack; 23 dig up;
18 — replace meter loop
10. Oxford Place Lots: 12, 15, & 22 — top of stack
