approximately 250 feet south of Bethel School Road, at the request of
Kwik Industries, Inc.

1. A 20 foot Hike and Bike Trail easement should be shown on the plat. This is for future
City use and will not require any construction at this time.
2. All information concerning this site will be required to be submitted to the City on

1. A note should be placed on the plat that clearly states that the City has been granted the
right to use a thirty foot temporary construction easement east of and adjacent to the
twenty foot sewer easement.
2. The access easement running parallel to Denton Tap should be shown on the plat.
3. All information concerning this site will be required to be submitted to the City on
computer diskette compatible with the City's computer system. Please contact Doug
