Hi:
I still haven’t told Darling what we’re doing on this matter.
In light of the temporary FM location at the SE corner, I don’t know if it’s possible to come up with a design that
would work.
Can Staff look at this and see if there is any way to keep this all or partially in the initial phase? If we have to wait
until the completion of the new pavilion before this installation starts, I need to be up front with Darling about that
now.
I don’t know what’s happened over there, but they are now insisting on the ability to build anywhere on these
blocks after the initial phase/models are up, so there may be owners in the south area earlier than we originally
anticipated.
They are ready to get done and I think we’ll have to wrap up our contract comments with them in the next ten
days.
Thanks,
Gregory K. Yancey
