Keith,
Per our discussion, TWC will hold off on the bore across Bethel Rd just west of S Coppell rd going North (bore is
on page 2 of 6) until Bethel Rd work has started by the city of Coppell’s contractor.
TWC will come out and install our sleeve across Bethel Rd while your contractor has the road tore up for the
water & sewer work.
This proposed crossing is 17’ deep and it does not service anything as it is for a future tie point for the new Old
Town Development and would call for a vault in the middle of the existing driveway to a Church I believe and
this would get damaged prior to the rd work so it makes sense for us to hold off on this until the road work
starts.
Please have your contractor call me in advance so we can coordinate appropriately.
