I did circle back with Darling Homes and they say they need to build from the south to north (from lots 16E &
16W).
If we can deliver the south lots first, that is their desire. It allows them to build "to the zero lot line" so they don't
encroach on the previously built home as they progress.
If we can make that work, we'd appreciate it.
