Greg,
TWC has to go thru the proper channels thru our sales dept. for any discussions about pipe being placed for this
development.
It is the responsibility of the developer to place pipe for TWC if they want out services. We do not place
infrastructure into new developments at our expense.
I would think the developer would place pipe for all utilities prior to the development to avoid the streets being
tore up after the fact.
I have copied Jeff Joyce who would be the contact once this goes thru our sales dept.
Keith,
I am pretty sure this is what you called me about a couple of weeks or so about.

Gentlemen:
After receiving the contractor pricing for the joint trench, we have decided it is too expensive.
Are you available to meet with me and Keith Marvin to discuss other options?
Thanks,
Gregory K. Yancey
