and irrigation plans for the above referenced project. The proposed project is a 57,708 square foot
proposed assisted living and memory care facility located at the northeast corner of Sandy Lake Road
and Riverview Drive. The property was rezoned from Office to S- 1256 -R /O on Tuesday, February, 14,
2012.
