RE: Second Landscape Review Comments for the Burch Addition Lot I Block A
Dear Mr. Leeming:
The City of Coppeli has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. A COlnment from the Planning Department stated that it was their understanding that efforts
will be made to preserve the existing mesquite trees in the area shown on the landscape
plans as conveyed at the Planning Commission meeting. Please contact Gary Sieb at 462-
0639 for any further questions.
2. Show the brick pavers across the shared access driveway on Denton Tap Road.
3. On the irrigation plans, place a note stating that the water meter will be assessed by the
Water Utilities Superintendent at 462-8495.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these colnments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans shot, ld be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
