Attached is Oncor's layout of the site (Sheet CT -1 in the plan set matches this layout). The 4" conduit is only
used for 3 Phase power and is 1370 LF in length from Bethel Rd. to S. Coppell Rd. The 3 Phase power trench
contains 24" PVC conduits so we should have 2740 LF of 4" conduit under franchise utilities. If anything, it looks
like I overran the quantity by 9501-F. I'll talk to Chris Poteet and confirm that I'm not missing an area of 4"
somewhere. We also use 4" PVC conduit for street lighting but that's a separate item.
I also attached Atmos' approved contractor list. John Burns is not on their list. I don't believe we got an official
list from anyone else. Chris Poteet used the Atmos list and contacted the other franchise utilities to find
matches. Those matches were Housely, Conatser and Llano.
