That works for me. We would likely have done some general testing of the mass grading, but likely not to
the level that you would want done.

Hi Keith:
One of the items we gave to Terracon is fill testing (per item 6) for all of
our lots since they are doing it on the residential sites for our Darling
requirements. Eric told me they were only testing the roads for the City.
Before we sign the contract next week, we want to make sure this is fine
with the City and also not a duplication of efforts.
