You are correct regarding our last meeting. I hoped to have all of this
to you by last Friday and that obviously did not happen. I have had Tad
verifying the widths we have for the detour widening at Bethel and
Coppell and discussing timelines with my utility sub. I am still working
on this and do understand that this work cannot happen for two weeks
after this plan is approved.

When we met last week we talked about schedules and sequences of work on
Bethel Road. When we left the meeting I understood you would be
verifying your approach and sending a preliminary plan and schedule for
our review and comment. I believe we were clear on the fact we need two
weeks notice prior to any road closure.
At this time I have still not received your proposed schedule or
preliminary traffic plan. Please forward them at your earliest
opportunity so we can begin to make the proper notifications.

executed contract. Please add these to your copy. I have the artwork
for the sign face in electronic format, and will make it available in
the preferred file type of your sign manufacturer. Please let me know

They do not appear on our list of approved Atmos installers. The three
vendors on our approved list were the only ones that appeared to be
acceptable to all franchise utility companies. If you have
documentation from the franchise utilities that John Burns is acceptable
to perform the joint trench work, please provide it for our
consideration.
