Thanks for the updated costs.
Attached are the few remaining items we hope to improve.
We have to meet with Clay at 9 on Tuesday, so I don’t know if I’ll see you at 10, but I’ll try.
Our questions are:
We fell way short in our budget on the striping costs, by a mere 900% bust.
The change order to JRJ for the 2” conduit needs discussion once they have a sub selected. I’d like the sub to tell
us what he wants to do about the plan diversions outside the joint trench. If the City doesn’t want them in your 15’
storm water easement east of cottage 10, that answers one of them.
I appreciate the conduit reduction for us on the joint trench Type E, but it looks like Freese left the gas line in our
side. This is about 800’ of unnecessary main unless the City has some use for it. We already served the
restaurant pads in Type P. Any thoughts?
