RE: First Landscape Review Comments for the Burch Addition Lot I Block A
Dear Mr. Leeming:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Remove any trees and vegetation higher than 30" from the visibility triangles.
2. Provide a title sheet for the landscape plans.
3. Show the irrigation meter and double check on the water and sewer plans.
4. Remove the standard details from the irrigation plans. Have the irrigation contractor
contact Howard Pafford for the meter and double check standard details at 462-8495.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
