Kevin - Copies would be great! How about if I come by between 8:30 and 9:30 on Wednesday morning (there
is just no predicting traffic). Will that work ok? Then I can let you know what copies I need once I have looked

You are welcome to come by and review all the information we have on the existing and proposed utilities in
this area. We can then either make copies for you, or make electronic copies available through our FTP site.

Mr. Marvin - Mr. Don Koos and I met yesterday with Ms. Mindi Hurley and Mr. Clay Phillips concerning vapor
encroachment screening for the portion of the Main Street Development project previously occupied by the
former Coppell Auto Center (461 West Bethel Road). To conduct the work, we will need to review and possibly
make copies of any maps that you might have which show location and depth of both current (i.e. Coppell Auto
Center) and proposed utilities for that piece of property. If possible, we would like to have access to or be
provided copies of the maps early next week so that we can move quickly on this project. Please call me to
