I am going to forward a few emails for you to review and evaluate. See below for the first one. These are from
JRJ or their subs concerning discrepancies they see in the plans. Please get back with me when you have had a
chance to review the issues.
Also, we have encountered a conflict with the Storm drain in the intersection of Coppell Road and Bethel. It
appears we may need to lower the 16" water line that goes south down Coppell Road. They will be sending me
som survey information in the morning, and we will meet to discuss options at 1:00pm tomorrow.

In the interest of efficiency and to reduce the chance of miscommunications regarding construction staking, I
would like to take this opportunity to request an on -site meeting with any available primary and /or
subcontracting foremen, and principals regarding standardizing staking specifications, and to establish a
coherent timeline for construction activities. The digital files for this project are difficult to deal with and I have
been working with Terry and Drew at JRJ to obtain a more comprehensive data set. This will allow me to have
the data available to the crews on an as needed basis. Please advise as to a convenient time to meet. We are
available to meet with any and all parties at any time next week, sooner being better than later.
