I have marked up sheet SD -4 with a proposal to install a new piece of 16 "water. We would tap the existing 16" east of the storm junction box, run south and bend back to connect to the existing 16 ". The intention is that we can do most of this work without shutting down the water. We would then be able to shut the water down for no more than a few hours while we make the connection, and cut and plug the old 16 ". Let me know what you think. If it looks reasonable, give me a cost for this option, and a cost for the raising of the existing 16" in place. Call Rick or I with any questions. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E.
