These were updated since the construction These have some mark ups that I sent to each of the utilities. We were tr to g et Verizon and Atmos to replicate ONCOR ali as much as possible. plans Also, Atmos is still usin the ` the wrong number of patio I think that this is as close to the answer as we have but will end up bein revised some in the field. 11=1 Chris Freese & Nichols, From: Keith Marvin [maiIto: kmarvin @coppelltx.gov] Sent: Tuesday, November 29, 2011 5:01 PM To: Tad Larson Cc: RODELL @coppelltx.gov; Chris Poteet; Dan Prendergast; Marty Murphy; Tery Chapman; jrmarriott @mar - properties.com Subject: Re: Coppell - Common Trench Tad, I believe the issued for construction set contains the latest plan for all the franchise utilities. These plans show conduit and pull box locations. There are also plans for street light conduits and foundations. All of these items are included in JRJ's contract, and I believe they were provided in electronic format. As far as easements, these facilities are being constructed in city right of way, or on city owned property, there is no specific easement dedicated to individual utility companies. If I'm missing the point of your questions, please call me so we can discuss it. Thanks, Keith file: / /C: \Documents and Settings \radloo \Local Settings\ Temp \XPgrpwise \4ED65B53City_... 4/20/2012 Page 2 of 2 Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304 -3681 >>> "Tad Larson" < adl @JRJPaving.co 11/29/20114:46 PM >>> Keith, We are starting to schedule the common trench with Housley. I have a couple requests and a few questions. My requests are. 1. I need to get a copy of the Atmos & Encore Approved Plans. Electronic would be great. 2. I also need copies of any other dry utilities, if they have any plans. My questions are. 1. Is there any dedicated easement or right away for these entities? 2. Does Encore have any hand holes or transformers in this phase of work? 3. Is there a street light plan that needs to be addressed? Thank You, Tad Larson Project Manager JRJ Pavin L.P. 1805 Royal Lane, Ste. 107 Dallas, TX. 75229 214 - 466 -8340 214 - 416 -1499 cell tad lairi paving .corn ii W This electronic mail message is intended exclusively for the individual or entity to which it is addressed .
