Please find attached the Right of Entry permission, which Mr. Callejo signed yesterday,
regarding the property generally described as that property bound to the west by Coppell road,
to the east by S.H. 121, to the south by Sandy Lake Road and to the north by the One Twenty
One Canyon Business Park/Office Park bound to its' north by Canyon Road.

S.H. 121, to the south by Sandy Lake Road and to the north by the One Twenty One
Canyon Business Park/Office Park bound to its' north by Canyon Road.

employees, its agents, and its contractors to enter my property, at its sole liability, for
the purpose of obtaining information necessary for the preparation and completion of
Design Surveys for the future extension of Freeport Parkway. This permission expires
two years from the signature date below.

Since the property is presently being used for Cattle Grazing, it is imperative that the City of
Coppell, its employees, its agents and its contractors adhere to certain requirements, to protect
the cattle, when accessing the property, which include:
1. Coordination with the contract Field Supervisor for initial gate entry and final gate exit,

after the vehicle /personnel have passed through the gate area.
