Terry,
There are a few things:
Lot 26 where you have that temporary fence and material storage area, you will need to add a paved driveway
if you are going to be using that property frequently. We will not accept a construction entrance. We will not
hold you up for this but we would like for you to get this done as soon as possible.
Also the commercial Lot 28/A will not be allowed as a construction storage area/entrance for the construction of
the homes.
An additional no parking, stopping, standing sign will need to be added next to commercial lot 28 near the
speed limit sign.
We are still waiting on the maintenance bonds and I just sent Lynn the comments for the record drawings.
