As a reminder, the City of Coppell and our contractor are currently on the ground building this $4.5 million dollar
real project. Final decisions will be made on what gets built, where it gets built, and who will pay for it based
on the discussion that takes place at this meeting. If you are a utility provider and wish to have an opportunity
to serve this 25 acre development, please make every effort to attend this meeting.
If you have any questions between now and then, please feel free to call me.

We need to meet in order to finalize an agreed upon trenching plan.
There are a number of questions, along with some clarifications that need to be addressed with alignment,
details and phasing.
Due to the timing of construction, we do not have the luxury of coordinating this via email and phone calls.

The City would like to meet the morning of the 13 (next Tuesday) at 10am at the City of Coppell offices.
The intent of this meeting is to leave the room with the final plan that the contractor can implement. We will
revise our plan sheets accordingly.
Whoever attends must have the authority and information to make some final alignment and trenching
decisions.
We need attendance and participation from the following:
Oncor
Atmos
Verizon
Time Warner
