Chris,
Phillip Gwin was the coordinator for the Road improvements for Bethel road but since this is commercial related
for S Coppell (Old Town) Our relocate dept. will not be able to make any decisions as this is a different function
within our company. I have copied some folks from our Commercial dept and our design dept. in hopes
someone will attend this meeting. Please delete Warren Fyffe for any City of Coppell related projects. Please
continue to reach out to Phillip Gwin for any relocate related projects.

All -
We need to meet in order to finalize an agreed upon trenching plan.
There are a number of questions, along with some clarifications that need to be addressed with alignment,
details and phasing.

Due to the timing of construction, we do not have the luxury of coordinating this via email and phone calls.

The City would like to meet the morning of the 13 (next Tuesday) at 10am at the City of Coppell offices.
The intent of this meeting is to leave the room with the final plan that the contractor can implement. We will
revise our plan sheets accordingly.
Whoever attends must have the authority and information to make some final alignment and trenching
decisions.
We need attendance and participation from the following:
Oncor
Atmos
Verizon
Time Warner
Greg Yancey (Developer)
JRJ (General Contractor)
Housely (sub to JRJ)
Freese & Nichols
City of Coppell
I will also send out a calendar invite via Outlook.
