Verizon Communications will have placed, at its expense via a Joint Trench Agreement with Housley
Communications, the infrastructure, i.e. pipes & hand holes, to support the Verizon FiOS facilities deployment
within the “Old Town Development” of Coppell, Texas located at the intersection of Bethel Road and South
