CC: Richard Odell <RODELL@coppelltx.gov> Date: 12/15/2011 3:23 PM Subject: RE: excess dirt material onsite Keith, I think that'll work. The key issue that I have is that they do not change the drainage pattern. All of drainage area I1 needs to go to SD Line I. Do you know what the plan is for Lot 1 in the future? I currently show all water draining away from the ROW along the south side of Travis. Inlet E2 does have capacity for additional water (up to 0.90 AC) so the lot could be graded to drain additional runoff to Travis for the interim. I know you don't want water draining from private property onto City ROW, but we could leave the drainage area "as is" so when it's developed in the future the developer still must take all of their storm water below ground before it gets to Travis.
