I looked in the CAD file we have, and I do not see top of curb shots along S. Coppell Road. I have put in a call
to the engineer to see if I'm missing something. In the mean time I am attaching the relevant sheets from the
as-builts for this section of roadway. As always, the information contained therein is not guaranteed to be
correct.
I'll let you know when I hear back from the engineer.

That is a good question. I did not show those grades along S Coppell Road since there is not any information in
the cad files I got. Can you get those guys to send me the field survey info as I am guessing that was existing
when they started.

I tried to find the toc for S Coppell Road to see what we’re getting for slopes in front of those units. Do you know
