Attached is the updated fee breakout for Old Town Coppell.
When I looked at Greg’s percent of construction cost without Bethel, his impact was 30%. However, if I took out
all of the franchise utility costs (currently shown as his responsibility) his impact dropped to 20%. The final
$82,039 fee is 21.8% of the total fee ($376,600) so it falls within that 20%-30% threshold of construction costs.
