Greg,
Your engineer can use the attached xml file to create an existing surface to pull approximate top of curb
elevations from. At the time our survey was completed, South Coppell Road was not finished, therefore there
was no top of curb to survey. The reason why the surface within the South Coppell Road ROW is approximate is
because it is from our proposed design on South Coppell Road and does not reflect as-built conditions. If you or
your engineer have any questions please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
