David, attached are 4 selected sheets that should help on your placement of the new fiber hub near Bethel and
Burnet.
We have included the paving, landscaping and lighting sheets. We also included the official property plat that
should help show you the property boundaries and public ROW.
These will be more helpful and accurate than using the architectural rendering.
Let me know what additional information you need to place this facility.

Thank You Dan, I needed this info for the permit filing and to finish the engineering of, Old Town Coppell,
Verizon FiOS facilities to the site.
Has the joint trench work started yet? I have attached a new Verizon Joint Trench Path Drawing Rev.06, which I
would like to be considered and approved of… This rev.06 shows where Verizon would like to place a new Fiber
hub, to serve h this area, and enter the Old Town site, on the south side of Bethel Road. Can you Please review
this and let me know ASAP if this is OK, so Lonnie Binns at Housley can proceed?
Lonnie all the Verizon pipes are 1.5” and there is one location where there are two pipes one for fiber drops,
shown on this drawing.
Do you have addresses for the buildings at the site, and if do can I have them for loading into Verizon’s E911
ordering systems, if not when will they be available? FYI…No services can be ordered without the (E911)
addresses, and Suite addresses, where appropriate, loaded into Verizon’s systems.
I plan to deliver the permit tomorrow morning, if we can agree on the new hub locations as shown..
