Pipe Stub Up Locations:  Will there be an additional charge beyond the original pricing list you gave us, to stup up pipe where we need it, so that we can come back and install our own peds?  2. Vault Types: Do we have to chose between the 2 types(Sizes) of vaults on the list you provided, or Can we provide the vaults to the JT contractor, that we want to use?  Marty and I will give you a call within a couple of hours to discuss, after I get the proposed HH locations mapped out and emailed to you.   Thanks     Thomas  Moore Design Walkout 750 Canyon   Coppell, TX Desk: ' (214) 319-4953 Cell: 6 (214) 869-9033 Fax: 7 (214) 320-7559 E-Mail: <Thomas.Moore2@TWCable.com>     file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4F0B1842City_o...4/23/2012 Page 4 of 6   From: Chris Poteet [mailto:cjp@freese.com] Sent: Monday, January 09, 2012 10:49 AM To: Morelan, Marty Cc: Moore2, Thomas; Hatfield, Reed; Jacinto, John; Zapata, Juan Subject: RE: Old Town Coppell : Conduit plan   Marty, let me know if you are available within the next couple of hours to conf. call myself and our design engineer.   Attached is the latest version of the Verizon conduit plan.    I’m not sure yet, to what extent you will service the area, but we thought the Verizon plan may provide you with a good starting point.   Chris   Chris Poteet Freese & Nichols, Inc.   From: Morelan, Marty [mailto:marty.morelan@twcable.com] Sent: Friday, January 06, 2012 3:11 PM To: Chris Poteet Cc: Moore2, Thomas; Hatfield, Reed; Jacinto, John; Zapata, Juan Subject: RE: Old Town Coppell : Conduit plan   Chris, I have approval at this time for approx $50K in build out.
