I have been advised by our attorney that the City can not reimburse the applicant for the early construction of the sewer line at this time. Therefore, I am requesting that the applicant provide a temporary construction easement to the City at this time that would include all four lots, be binding on future owners and not encroach on any proposed structures. The particulars of the easement can be worked out prior to approval of the final plat. 5. The floodplain should be tied down by metes and bounds. (To be provided with the final plat.) 6. As per the proposed Butch Addition preliminary plat, the driveway to this plat will be immediately north of this site. That driveway should be shown and constructed with the development of this site. 3. All paving on site should be a minimum of 5" concrete on a stabilized subgrade for the parking areas and a minimum of 6" concrete on stabilized subgrade for the fire lanes.
