Certainly.
I'd like to deliver the lots without any big equipment returning to the site
once the franchise pedestals and handholes are in place.
It shouldn't take Darling long to determine their foundation design from the
Terracon report.

If there is, is that something you would want JRJ to do?

I don't foresee any, but Darling is waiting on me. I hope the Terracon
guys
can state the PVR today in their report so we can get it to Darling.

They asked me yesterday if there was any moisture conditioning or other
soil prep that was needed in this area, or if it was just the grading.
I told them I thought it was just the grading, but that I would verify
with you.

Marty/Tad,
Attached are some plans provided by the developer of the residential
lots
within the Old Town development. Within these plans are "Lot Grading
Plans"
that depict finished ground elevations for the individual lots.
Please review these plans and let me know if this is work that can be
performed while you are on site working, and what cost implications
there
may be to perform this work.
Thanks,

Mike,
(4/23/2012) Keith Marvin - RE: RE: Townhome GradingPage 4
We have reviewed the Old Town grading plans and have the following
comments
to offer:
1. Please label all streets.
2. Please provide additional grade information at the top of curb,
and/or
edge of alley paving at each property line.
3. Please label all high and low points along the alley and provide
edge of
pavement elevation.
4. Please confirm flow arrow direction on sheets C5 and C6.
5. Sheets C1 and C2 show several areas where the alley paving will
encroach
private property. You will need to provide "corner clips" of additional
right of way to cover this encroachment. See Lots 1,16,17,32 Block F,
and
Lot 1, Block G.
6. The site plan shows a large amount of landscaping, and Greg has
requested a water service for irrigation of the area on the south side
of
the Block G alley. Should this alley consist of only twenty feet of
right
of way, and a nine foot "X" lot, where the "X" lot would be owned and
maintained by the POA?
I'm here tomorrow if you want to discuss any of these issues.

Got it, are we supposed to be pricing any moisture conditioning of these pads as well?
