Sheets C1 and C2 show several areas where the alley paving will encroach private property. You will need to provide "corner clips" of additional right of way to cover this encroachment. See Lots 1,16,17,32 Block F, and Lot 1, Block G. 6. The site plan shows a large amount of landscaping, and Greg has requested a water service for irrigation of the area on the south side of the Block G alley. Should this alley consist of only twenty feet of right of way, and a nine foot "X" lot, where the "X" lot would be owned and maintained by the POA?
