95% Complete Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing two sets of construction plans for the Sandy Lake Road Water Line Project. These sets are
roughly 95% complete and should be ready for bid within a few short days after your approval. We are
completing the project specifications and contract documents now and expect to deliver a review set by early
next week.
The major item that remains unresolved is the coordination effort that appears to be required between this
project and the Forest Cove Development. Of course, we stand ready to assist the City to phase this project in
order to best avoid potential conflicts.
Based on the submitted plans, our opinion of probable construction cost is in the range of $1,130,000. We are
enclosing an itemized copy of our opinion of cost for your review and are available to discuss this project
further at your convenience.
