During our telephone conversation last week wilh yourself and Mr. Doug Stevens, it was agreed

5/8" City of Coppell water meter located on the south~st corner nf the Droperty. Consequently,
the foiloW~ng tees shou~ be deleted from the developmental fee calculations:
