Dear Mr. Yancy
Enclosed is a copy of the Citti of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the
Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
In accordance with the Development Agreement for this project, the city has waived all fees other than the
meter costs and the meter deposit. The meter costs are a pass through cost, and the deposit is for the
water account. These costs will be payable to our Building Inspections Department when each residence
is permitted, and the meter picked up.
