On the far NORTH and FAST and WE. ST boundaries of the property, landscape berms were built for two (2) reasons: 1. To prevent any drainage from going onto the two (2) proper'des h:~,,ated due NORTH of 812 Deforest Road. To prevent drainage of water running WEST-to-EAST from the ELSIE EDWARDS property onto 812 Deforest Road. Additionally, as Garreth suggested, we have trimmed the branches of the tree that is actually on the property north of subject property, but oveff~lS onto the 812 Deforest Road property. It is also important to understand that the landscape berms along the NORTH property line of 812 Deforest Road will assure that no drainage (water) will flow onto the properties due NORTH o! subject property. As you exe aware, the owners of 812 Deforest Road will have one (1) single- family dwelling built on the property and it will set-back approximately seventy (70') to one-~red (100') feet from Deforest Road.
