Subject: Coppell site- Royal Lane @ LBJ Freeway
Regarding your proposed development of property within the limits of the
City of Coppell which is south of LBJ Freeway(I-635,)you stated it is your
intent to request water and sewer service from the City of Irving. Please
note the following:
Water and sewer service can be provided by the City of Irving if the
respective City Councils pass resolutions to the effect that Coppell
relinquishes the tract from its service area and Irving accepts
responsibility for providing service.
Any development costs (e.g.-- public water/sewer extensions) must be
borne by the developer.
Three way contracts are required for extension of public
infrastructure.
Inspection fees for public works will be charged at the rate of two
percent(2%)of the construction costs.
There will not be any impact fees or pro rata costs associated with
this development.
Meters must be purchased from and installed by the City of Irving.
