They are completing the first phase now, they have not been re-assessed. The impact fees stay the same for
this phase, but the meter fees will change due to the current price of the meters (I think I copied you on that
email). However, we will re-assess the impact fees when they begin Phase 2 of the project.
Rhonda can send you that email about meter prices if you don't have it. Let me know if you have any other
questions about this.
