Dear Mr. Morton:
Dunning Development has contracted with S&S Utility Construction
Company to install the utilities for the Valley Ranch Plaza . The
construction will consist of utilities within public right-of-way and also
of utilities on private property. I have broken down below all utilities
that are to be constructed in public right-of-way.
1. 12-inch W-L along MacArthur Blvd.
