Please be advised that the Mobil Oil/Valley Ranch Center Utility Placement (or the lack
thereof) is now holding up subject project. Dallas County will be issuing a letter to that
affect. Please provide me a typewritten summary of the situation and what needs to
be done to get matters off dead center before we (or someone) start getting charged
damages, etc.
I have not been able to contact Steve Lemke nor Tom Huffines about the Mobil Oil
comments and coordination of drawings and as-builts, etc. Field control is imperative.
As I understand, now the Mobil Oil sanitary sewer lateral is on their neighbors private
property and is causing a problem. ~
As I recall, I never did get the report from you on Mobil Oil so I could follow up on that
matter. Please give me another copy or have it with the report requested above. (ie
on the sewer and mainhole grade errors)
Please have both reports by Tuesday, October 24, 1989. Thanks.
