The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Wal , a re e ive of

• Slip dowels not tied.
• Footing thickness 93/4 inches to 11 inches at numerous locations in fo ting toe and heel; needs
to be 12 inches.
• C-bars too far from red-wood joint.
• First T-bar 7 inches from toe face;needs to be 3 inches.
