Christa, I reviewed this claim with Mike G and Keith. They believe the general contractor, PCI, hit the
Verizon line while installing a driveway for the Lanvera project at 112 Wrangler Drive. They were not
working on behalf of the City, but on behalf of the Lanvera Group who pulled the permit. PCI was working
under a Construction Development permit issued on Oct. 18, 2011 that covered all underground utility
installation and above ground paving activities. Their project superintendent is Kevin Gerstenkorn, 972-
562-2762, or keving@pciconstruction.com.
Also, Oncor pulled a permit to install electric power facilities to the building on 2/23/12, just prior to the
Verizon line hit. Let me know if you want their contact info.

the city.
