Beltline Road Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: East Beltline Road Water Line WA 94-01 Dear Mr. Thompson: This is written as a follow-up letter to inform you that the deadline of September 4th, 1995 for the installation of the fire hydrant is approaching. As per the terms of the Compromise and Settlement Agreement, a fire hydrant should be installed within sixty days after the installation of the water lines. Therefore, the fire hydrant should be installed and operational no later than September 4th, 1995. Obviously, the installation of the fire hydrant will need to meet all City of Coppell construction standards. If you have not already contacted Howard Pafford, Utilities Superintendent concerning this issue, I would recommend that you contact him at 304-3548 to insure that the fire hydrant will be in compliance with the City's standards. Beltline Road Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: East Beltline Road Water Line WA 94-01 Dear Mr. Thompson: This letter is written to inform you that the installation of the water line associated with the East Beltline Road water line project has been completed by Architectural Utilities. Inc. Included with this letter is a copy of the acceptance letter of the project by the City of Coppell dated July 6th, 1995. As per the terms of the Compromise and Settlement Agreement, a fire hydrant should be installed within sixty days after the installation of the water lines.
