Thanks for calling us today concerning the erosion control at Big
Cedar. We will instruct the contractor (HJH Landscape) to use hay
bales - staked per standard details - to control siltation at the
corner of Brock St. and Leigh St.
We understand that the City has no obligation to maintain the
erosion control materials, even if it is placed within the right-
of-way. We proposed to place the material near the back of curb
and to maintain the work until the pad sites are stabilized.
