Revisions are as follows: General: 1. A copy of the support letter from Mr. Elliott, owner of the adjacent property to the south,for the proposed development is included with this resubmittal. Replat: 2. The dedicated 15'fire lane, utility, and mutual access easement for the KFC property adjacent to our south property line is shown on the revised Replat. Furthermore we have shown the striped fire lane across the front of the adjacent property to the north on the Site Plan although we have not found that this fire lane has been previously dedicated as an easement. Grading and Erosion Control Plan: 3. Inlet protection for existing, offsite, adjacent inlets has been added to this sheet as requested. Drainage Area Map: 4. The previously included drainage area maps completed by Dowdey, Anderson &Associates have been removed from these plans. A drainage area map for the proposed development has been added to sheet C3, which has been renamed accordingly. Utility Plan: 5. The remote fire department connection has been shown off of a separate lead from the fire riser room, and located next to the proposed fire hydrant and fire vault as required.
