RE: Walk-thru for Willow Park Tow nhomes
DaVinci Ct:
1. Need to replace 2 sidewalk panels on right side of DaVinci Ct& clean up over-spilled
grout on sidewalk. Marked with white paint.
2. Remove over-spill concrete from street.
3. Rout and seal crack on sidewalk next to parking area and also fix curb facing at
parking lot.
4. Seal joints around fire hydrant meter.
Rembrandt Ct:
1. Remove over-spill concrete from sidewalk and street.
2. Replace sidewalk panels that are marked next to storm drain box.Marked with white
paint.
3. Fix facing of curb where marked with paint.
4. On both storm drain boxes need to rub inside&outside with grout.
