The parking stalls will need to be incorporated into an X lot and maintained by the HOA. 2. Sandy Lake right of way has already been dedicated, however you will need to dedicate 5' on Lodge Rd. 3. If using mountable curbs you will need to increase the pavement to 30 foot back to back, provide a detail. 4. There will be additional comments during final platting and detailed engineering plan review. 5. The sidewalk along Lodge should be 1 foot off the property line and not off of the back of curb, and should be 5 feet in width.
