AFTER P&Z
1. Cul-de-sac exceeds maximum distance, you may cut through to Sandy Lake Rd.
2. Line up the entrance with Cedar Crest.
3. Sandy Lake right of way has already been dedicated.
4. The curve radii should meet our standards.
5. If requesting mountable curbs then the pavement width will need to be 30’ back to back.
6. There will be more comments during detailed engineering plan review.
7. There sidewalk should be 1 foot off of the property line along Lodge Rd. and be 5’ wide.
8. Dedicate 5’ of ROW for Lodge Rd.
