We all appreciated your personal attention to the matter. I am writing to inquire if you have been able to decide which way the drainage problem should be addressed. Since we have met,the horrible June rains have made this situation increasingly unbearable; in fact, other neighbors have been affected by the poor drainage from this storm drain. I would like to either meet again or discuss this matter with you further. In addition, I have attached a separate letter for the request of a release of the easement that runs behind our home. Sincerely, Doris Fisk 214 Winding Hollow Lane Coppell, Texas 75019 (972) 745 3249 Ken Griffin Director of Engineering/Public Works City of Coppell 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell,Texas 75019 July 8,2004 Re: 214 Winding Hollow Lane Lot 16, Block 8 Village of Cottonwood Creek, Section 1 Plat recorded in Volume 85237,pg 5022 Dear Mr. Griffin, I am writing to you to officially request a release of the easement that runs behind our home. As I understand this easement is no longer required, and has been abandoned on other properties in our block. It is my understanding that a written request is to be submitted to the department of engineering,to then be approved by you and the City Council of Coppell. This letter is to serve as my request. Sincerely, gib avx1 Doris Fisk 214 Winding Hollow Lane Coppell, Texas 75019 (972) 745 3249
