Debbie,
The City is currently working with JRJ Paving to construct the Old Town and Bethel Road infrastructure
improvements. This project includes extensive landscaping and irrigation, which will require new water services.
In keeping with our agreement to waive fees on this project, please issue 2-2" irrigation meters to JRJ, or their
sub-contractor (Superscapes or KCK utilities) for use in this project at no cost to them. The water accounts
associated with these meters should be established in the name of the City of Coppell.
