This letter is in response to a request I received from you concerning the availability of utilities
to the referenced property. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows:
WATER:
There is an existing 12" water line in the east ROW of Freeport Parkway and the south ROW of
Wrangler Dr. There is a 16" water line in the north ROW of Dividend Dr.
SANITARY SEWER:
There is a 10" sanitary sewer line on the southwest corner of this property at the intersection of
Freeport and Dividend. There is also a 12" sanitary sewer in the west ROW of Freeport Parkway.
STORM DRAINAGE:
There is an existing 54" storm drain that is located in the center of the ROW on the north, west
and south side of this property that is stubbed out to this property.
During development planning for the property, you should determine if the existing utilities
available to this site are adequate to serve your proposed development. You may contact me at
